The Bluewater Cowboy (BWC) offers one of the most unique drinking and dining experiences in Port A. This 3-story restaurant and bar features an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from the third story where the full bar looks like the transom of a sportfishing boat. On your way to the top floor, stop off on the second floor for the full dining experience, including a full sushi bar and a menu that also includes steaks, island inspired fare and cooking your catch. BWC Favorites on the menu include the mouthwatering Cowboy Cakes – lump crab meat cakes stuffed with cheddar cheese, sourdough breadcrumbs, and jalapenos. The fried seafood nachos are piled high with shrimp, crawfish tails, and oysters, dripping with Monterrey Jack cheese sauce. Tuna tostados, seafood and sausage gumbo, grilled seafood platter, hamburger steak, ribeye steak, and hand-battered coconut shrimp round out the BWC Favorites on the menu. A family-friendly kids’ menu is available. Dine outdoors with the ocean breeze or inside in the air conditioning.
