Order up the Hungry Cajun, a combination of fresh shrimp, crab, smoke sausage, corn on the cob and new potatoes. All boiled, steamed, and seasoned with their special “Cajun Spices” and served steaming hot “on your table.” Crawfish are served in the Hungry Cajun when in season. An extra portion of shrimp is added if crawfish are not available. If the Cajun boil is not your thing, try the Baby Back Ribs, red beans and rice, shrimp remoulade, gumbo, jambalaya, and shrimp or crawfish etoufee. The Kiddie Cajun is full of flavor with mild spices. The kids will love the corn on the cob, new potatoes, and sausage (not spicy) made just for them.
